Our team members are the beating heart of our stores, delivering an exceptional customer experience from entry to checkout. You will help customers select products, style outfits, and ensure shoppers have an enjoyable in-store experience.

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store standards: maintain front and back of store areas, visual merchandising, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Cash management and adherence to all policies for security, health & safety and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere

• Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
• High School diploma or equivalent
