This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Edinburgh. Responsibilities include assisting customers with jewellery and gift purchases, ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing inventory, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. The role also involves personal consultations, including ring fittings and assisting with personalized engraving and permanent jewellery services.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Experience and Customer-Focused Service
• Experience in Inventory Management and store organization
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• A passion for jewellery, craftsmanship, and delivering personalized service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous retail experience in Sales
