Showroom Manager – Edinburgh (New Store Opening July)
£40,000 – £50,000 Basic + Commission + Company Bonus (OTE £55,000 - £65,000)
Full-Time | 37.5 hours

With major UK expansion plans, this is your chance to open and lead a brand-new Edinburgh showroom, shaping the team, culture, and performance from day one.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you’ll lead from the front - creating a high-energy environment where customers feel inspired and your team thrives.

You’ll drive sales, coach a team of Sales staff, and deliver a seamless, consultative customer journey. From hitting targets to hosting in-store events and maintaining standout visual standards, you’ll own every aspect of the showroom.
