Responsibilities- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Act as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assist with outfit building and make further product recommendations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
- Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
- Previous track record within hospitality or retail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
- Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
- Adaptable to change, able to work quickly and with pace.
- Energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
- Approaches all issues with a ‘can do’ attitude and acts with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
