• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Act as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist with outfit building and make further product recommendations.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
• Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
• Adaptable to change, able to work quickly and with pace.
• Energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
• Approaches all issues with a ‘can do’ attitude and acts with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
