Sales Advisor

Position:
Part Time Sales Advisor – 12 hour permanent contract in our Edinburgh shop.

• Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
• Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
• Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
• Provide first‑point resolution for customer issues or feedback, actively seeking solutions for the benefit of the customer.
• Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
• Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
• Maintain flexibility in your work and play an active role in all operational tasks, such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.

Your high standards of customer service, enthusiasm, energy and effective communication will be valued in this role. Adaptability, resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Hourly rate: £13.10
