- Previous experience of supervising a team

- Drive sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
- Work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of the business plan is cascaded throughout the team
- Provide an in‑depth knowledge of our brand and products to our customers and your team
- Actively engage in duties that support the store operations
- Deliver team briefs and contribute to team meetings
- Support store management in team development
