The role of the Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Brassware will involve:

• Field sales position, promoting a distributed range of bathroom taps, showers, accessories and fittings
• Sell into independent bathroom retailers and buying groups such as NBG, Fortis, IPG, Bathcom, UKPS
• Spend one week in Ireland covering about 20 shops and supporting existing accounts
• Scotland accounts: about 20-30 trading accounts with turnover £150,000, expected to grow to approx. 100+ retailers
• 50% new business development – recruit approx. 4 new bathroom retail showrooms/buying group members per month (Scotland only)
• 50% account managing existing independent bathroom retailers/buying group members
• Customer accounts typically turn over £5,000-£10,000, but can be larger (£60,000+)
• Utilise own retail showroom contacts and leads via groups such as UK Plumbing Supplies, Bathcom, NBG, Fortis and IPG
• Conduct at least 5 client meetings per day

• Proven track record of field sales within the bathroom industry
• Experience selling into bathroom retail showrooms, plumbers merchants and buying group members (e.g., NBG, Fortis, UKPS, MKM, Plumbase)
• Strong new business and account management mentality
• Existing contacts within the independent bathroom retail/buying group communities preferred
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
