Company Description
Jigsaw is a contemporary British fashion brand founded in 1970, known for creating beautiful, timeless clothes and accessories. The brand is built on the belief in “Style & Truth,” empowering individuals to embrace their own style rather than follow fast-moving trends. Jigsaw focuses on integrity in design, high-quality fabrics, and craftsmanship intended to last. Store teams are selected for their friendly, knowledgeable, and impartial advice, creating a relaxed shopping environment with new stock arriving weekly.
Jigsaw positions itself as a meaningful, lasting alternative to high‑street fashion chains.
This part‑time, on‑site Sales Associate role is based in the Greater Edinburgh Area. The Sales Associate supports customers on the shop floor by offering product information, styling suggestions, and honest, tailored advice that reflects Jigsaw’s values. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include welcoming customers, assisting with fittings, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves replenishing stock, keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting weekly product launches to ensure collections are presented clearly and attractively.
The Sales Associate collaborates closely with the store team to meet sales targets, deliver an excellent in‑store experience, and represent the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

- Strong sense of personal style and interest in fashion, with enthusiasm for Jigsaw’s values of quality, authenticity, and timeless design.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or customer‑facing roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking initiative to support colleagues and enhance the customer experience.
