Sales Advisor Team Leader St James

This is a permanent full-time position, offering 35 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M Edinburgh St James store.

As a H&M Sales Advisor Team Leader, you will be coaching your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience as well as supporting the management team, leading your store to success.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support with commercial actions together with your team to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, competitors, and use your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
• Secure operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching colleagues.

Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. You'll work alongside Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers to create an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
