Sales Advisor - Kingston-Upon-Thames

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join one of our vibrant, high‑footfall London locations. If you thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, love a challenge, and are passionate about exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 3 days.

In a busy London store, no two moments are the same. You’ll serve customers from around the world, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver confident, high‑quality service with a calm and collected approach – even when it’s three deep at the till.

We’re looking for someone confident, customer‑focused, and ready to thrive in a fast‑moving retail setting.

• Experience in a high‑volume customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality or similar)
• Great communication skills and a friendly, unflappable manner
• Comfort working at pace while still providing thoughtful, tailored service
• Confidence handling cash, stock, and till operations
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts – including weekends and key London trading days
• Multilingual skills or tourism experience are a bonus in this globally visited location!
