Sales Advisor St James; Part-Time

Overview

This is a permanent part-time 16, 20 or 30 hours position based in the Edinburgh St James store. For this position we require 4–5 days of flexibility, including weekends.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keeping informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support personal and team learning and development.

Stores are the heart of the company, where customers experience the brand firsthand. You will be part of a dynamic Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, collaboratively creating an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
