Permanent Supervisor – Part Time

Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our customers. The role requires a strong focus on product knowledge, as you are the person who brings the stories behind each piece of jewellery to life. You will serve as a role model of outstanding customer service for other team members, driving sales targets and ensuring customers benefit from your expertise. You will also support store management by coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their retail skills.

You will have retail or customer‑service experience and a proven ability to sell. Communication skills, confidence and an outgoing personality are essential to build rapport with customers and demonstrate product features. To succeed you will need ambition; being a Store Supervisor is a stepping stone into a management role, and the company offers coaching, training and support to help you develop quickly.
