Overview

This role focuses on providing an exceptional in‑store customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Managing cash and adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, not required.
