About the Role

As a Sales Associate in the Harrods Gift Shop, you will sell a curated range of Harrods‑branded products, including confectionery, stationery, souvenirs and more. You will be the face of the iconic brand, responsible for creating world‑class customer experiences for every customer.

You will take time to understand and learn about customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with comprehensive product knowledge. This tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets and repeat customer visits.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
• Ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Championing the My Beauty rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys
• Operating autonomously while supporting team collaboration

• Strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty
• Demonstrated experience providing memorable service to clients
• Dedicated, disciplined, and a leading example of excellence
