H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive play tables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors. Leading a category, you will provide world class customer service, and role model our Harrods Values with a can-do attitude.

You strive to deliver above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every day. You always keep ahead of the game, researching new products before they launch, becoming well versed and ready to share your exceptional product knowledge. You love keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends, especially within your Category space.

• Deliver on trade targets and educate our valued customers on the best beauty products and routines.
• Ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, The Beauty of Selling, and a go-to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches.
• Share trainings with the wider team as well as the in-store management team and our buying partners.
• Oversee the stock operation for your category, closely collaborating with the operations team to maintain an accurate stock file at all times.

• You will be customer centric and excited by results, delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• You will continually learn and explore new beauty trends and share this with your colleagues.

• Salary starting at £30,263 plus commission
