Lidl in the United Kingdom is hiring a Store Manager to lead from the front, own the store’s performance and develop the team. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, hit KPIs and optimise day-to-day operations while upholding Lidl values.
In return you’ll receive a competitive salary (£46,000-£66,000 per annum) with 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a fully expensed company car or car allowance, 10% in-store discount, contributory pension, enhanced family leave and more perks.
