Oxfam is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to lead a busy Oxfam Shop in the UK. You will work with volunteers and staff to deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and support daily shop operations while meeting targets.
The role requires weekend availability and is fixed term for 12 months. You will play a pivotal part in community engagement and shop performance, contributing to Oxfam's mission to fight poverty.
