Poundland Limited is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll lead a friendly store team, manage deliveries and merchandising, and ensure high standards on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
You'll need energy, organisation and a passion for people and customer service. Retail experience is required and some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
