As F&F retail fashion manager, you will take a lead role in driving the F&F clothing business forward in your store and be responsible for launching trade events, weekly sales, as well as a team of dedicated colleagues and managing day to day operations.

• Overseethe end-to-endF&Fclothingoperation,managingthestockfrom backdoortoshopfloor
• Managingandmotivatingtheteamdeliveron keymetricstosupporttheoperationincludingRFIDroutines,

availability,deliveryschedulesandstock routines

• Making sure F&Fclothingdepartmentis always clean,tidyandwell-presentedandmerchandisedtotheF&F clothing principles and standards
• You willbeanF&Fbrandambassador-executingcommercialstrategiesandmaintainingstoredisplaysthat consistently align with brand identity
• Beingthe F&F brand and clothing expertandchampioningF&F in store,deliveringthepracticalactionsto makeimprovementswherenecessaryby conductingadailyfloor walkoutliningthetaskstobecompleted for the day by the team
• Analysing product performanceandsalesdatato refinevisualmerchandisingstrategies

andoptimizepromotionalinitiativesensuringprofitabilityismaximisedandsalestargetsareregularly reached, if not overachieved

• Completemarketresearch,analysing trends,competitor activity,andconsumerbehavior(including social

mediaandF&F online)

• Have a commercial mind-set, knowing your customers and local community, to advertise and regularly changeleadinsto enticecustomersonto theF&F departmentandadaptproduct placementtorespond effectively to changing market conditions
• Curatevisualimpactfulmerchandisingdisplaysandawelcomingstoreatmospherein linewiththevisual merchandising guidelines set out in your VM guideadaptingyour store layoutsto reflect local customer profile
• Building strong relationships with your team (including colleagues who work on F&F clothing overnight), the wider store team and your home and clothing area manager, including providing feedback and sharing future opportunities

• You are a great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices, you understand the importance of what you do and work collaboratively with your team to deliver results
