Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead our Market Street craft teams with pride. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" attitude to make sure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our shoppers get the very best  this role, you’ll be on hand to:

Put customers first:
Inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, listening to customer feedback and making sure Market Street is always vibrant and well-stocked.  Lead and develop your team:
Take real ownership of shift scheduling, training, and talent conversations, giving your colleagues the confidence to succeed and grow.  Build a supportive culture:
Work alongside other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department where people work with purpose.  Keep operations running smoothly:
