• Liaising with direct clients, this is all about using your knowledge and personality to offer a personalised service from start to finish, giving care & attention and treating each holiday as a privilege to be involved in and create
• Accessing a wide range of Tour Operators to create the right itineraries for your clients, this may be a short-haul holiday, a city break through to a cruise, a long‑haul beach break or a tailor‑made trip
• Creating and booking holidays, offering ancillaries, adding personal touches, ensuring all goes smoothly through to the clients returning home.
• Getting to know the customers, understanding their needs, and making suggestions for future trips

• Have recent travel sales experience (min 3 years)
• Large range of destination knowledge (City breaks, cruise to luxury tailor‑made trips)
• Have recent sales statistics
• Are ridiculously organised with eagle‑eye attention to detail
• Communicate like a human, not a robot
• Stay calm when things go sideways (because they sometimes do)
• Are tech‑savvy enough to handle multiple systems
• Really care about clients having amazing experiences
