Sales Executive – Hotel Co 51

Location:

Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Join the Regional Sales team as a confident and dynamic Sales Executive, acting as the key contact between customers and hotels.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, qualify and respond to sales leads, arranging appointments for the Regional Sales Manager covering Moxy Edinburgh Airport and Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge hotels.
  • Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.
  • Participate in sales projects, creating presentations and engaging in calls with prospective and current clients.
  • Provide sales program, event coordination, reporting support and general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.
  • Research and identify new leads; support the Group reservations team when required.
  • Use the CRM (SFA Web) to manage leads and track performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.
  • Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows and client meetings.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information and generate sales reports using multiple data systems.
  • Track and report KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution and client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Business‑proficient English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in hotels, any of Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services or Front Desk.
  • Experience in select‑service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plus.
  • Previous multi‑property or cluster sales experience is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, positively, entrepreneurially and creatively, with strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
