Head of New Business Development

Key role with a rapidly expanding large format print firm.

• Generate and contact leads for face‑to‑face appointments.
• Develop new business (field‑based role; attend office once a week).
• Sell our range of large format graphic print services.
• Sell into any specific market (Trade, Agencies, or End Users).
• Update CRM system.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines and reports.
• Achieve targets and maximize revenue and margin.

• Current and relevant sales success selling large format digital print.
• Excellent sales relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage long‑term relationships and business.
• Ability to hit the ground running; building on pre‑existing relationships in the market is advantageous.
• Excellent time‑management skills and self‑management.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tenacious, enthusiastic and commission hungry.

The Business Development Manager will have access to an internal Account Handler who will help grow clients and take briefs, enabling more time for field marketing.
