Salary: £28,000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c £28,000 + monthly travel allowance

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm (field-based)

This is a people-focused, field-based sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of Hyperoptic within residential communities – meeting customers, building relationships, and helping them discover the benefits of ultra-fast broadband.

You’ll spend your time in buildings where Hyperoptic is available, speaking directly with residents, answering questions, and helping them get set up with our services.

• Engaging with residents face-to-face to promote Hyperoptic services
• Visiting buildings daily and planning your schedule effectively
• Delivering marketing materials and attending resident events
• Explaining our products clearly and tailoring your approach to customer needs
• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
• Gathering valuable feedback to help improve our service
• Working towards achievable sales targets (full training and support provided)

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Confidence in speaking to people and building relationships
• A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for hitting targets
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt your approach
• Someone who enjoys working independently and out in the field
