Initial Medical Field Sales Consultant

We’re currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Coatbridge branch, covering Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Fife, Edinburgh & the Borders. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this field-based role, you’ll visit both new and existing customers, building relationships and selling our medical and hazardous waste services. You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers while managing new sales opportunities through customer enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, so you should be comfortable on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will work face‑to‑face with customers regularly
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for

• Competitive salary package: start with a basic salary of £26,435 per annum
• Expected OTE: £32,570 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
