About the RoleWe’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help drive growth across TGS’s AI, cloud and digital transformation solutions
.
This is a solution-led outbound role
, focused on engaging senior business and technology stakeholders, creating new opportunities, and building pipeline aligned to our strategic alliance partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and others).
- Run targeted outbound campaigns across priority industries and accounts
- Engage decision-makers with value-led messaging focused on AI, data and cloud solutions
- Generate and qualify opportunities, booking meetings for senior sales leaders
- Partner closely with Business Development Managers to progress deals
- Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, insights and pipeline
- Strong interest in technology sales, AI and digital transformation
- Experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
- Strong team player, able to collaborate across sales, alliances and marketing
This role is designed as a launchpad into senior sales roles

- Clear pathway into Business Development Manager (BDM) positions
- Increasing involvement in qualification, deal shaping and co-selling as you develop
- Ongoing training, coaching and exposure to enterprise clients and complex solution sales
