The Customer Service Agent is a dual-focused role:
Customer Experience Champion for rentals and Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions. This position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV.

The Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands‑on, customer‑centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow‑up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers’ high standards.

• Customer Service & Operations
  :
  Conduct check‑ins/check‑outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement
  :
  Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specifications, and customer‑specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management
  :
  Track leads, demos, and follow‑ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support
  :
  Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.). Troubleshoot and escalat issues as needed.

• Must have: 1‑3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Must have: Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Must have: Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Must have: Hands‑on, adaptable, solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Must have: Proficiency using CRM tools, rental systems, and digital sales software.
• Must have: Organized, detail‑focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers.
• Must have: Driving license (Category
  
  B) required.
• Must have: English proficiency.
• Must be open to: Part‑time, zero‑hours contract.
• Expected hours: 8–24 per week.

• Must have: Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.
• Must have: Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg).
• Must have: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak‑season schedules.
• Must have: Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism.
