Protection Coordinator Edinburgh 5 days a week Salary £25,000 I am currently recruiting for a Protection Coordinator. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in helping our Protection Advisers deliver specialist protection reviews tailored to each client's needs. What you'll do:
Contact inbound and existing clients by phone, building rapport and establishing trust Qualify prospects and assess suitability for protection reviews Book and manage appointments for Protection Advisers, ensuring efficient diary management Follow up with clients post-appointment and maintain accurate records Work towards daily and weekly booking targets, collaborating with a high-performing team
