Location: City of Edinburgh

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a well-established territory covering the North East, Yorkshire, & Scotland. Selling a comprehensive range of bathroom products including taps, showers, furniture and sanitaryware, you will manage and grow relationships with leading bathroom merchants while developing business with residential developers, contractors and modular construction companies. This is a highly autonomous field-based role, giving you the freedom to plan your own diary and drive sales growth across the region.

You will also identify opportunities within housing associations and local authorities where appropriate.

Location:

Field based covering the North East, Yorkshire and Scotland. Ideally suited to candidates based within the North East or Scotland.

Requirements:
  • Proven field sales experience within the bathroom or construction sector
  • Experience selling through merchants into residential projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, self-managing approach
  • Comfortable working with branch, regional and national decision-makers, as well as developers and procurement teams
  • Full UK driving licence
The Package:
  • £55,000-£60,000 basic salary
  • Commission of up to 50% of salary, based on year-on-year growth
