This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Field Sales Rep to cover the Scotland Region. Working autonomously in choosing optimal locations within in the area, the right candidate will be self-motivated to achieve uncapped bonus commission on top of a healthy base £30,000 salary.
This role is full time, permanent, Monday to Friday on the Road, although optional weekend working particularly towards bonus is perfectly acceptable but not required in order to achieve bonus.

Where you'd be sellingThis role would be focussed upon building and maintaining a clientele of convenience stores, independent retailers, off licences and corner shops within the Scotland region. Working alongside other Field Sales Reps in other regions of the country, the right candidate will be open to sharing best practice and working well as a team to achieve collective goals as well as independently.
Howyou'd sell
Working with the Team Leader, the successful candidate will plan a route to approach new independent convenience retailers across their region, with the opportunity to visit additional stores ad hoc if the opportunity arises.
The Candidate will enthusiastically present and sell NEAFS products to store owners using branded presentations and images with a profitable POR. The right candidate will establish good relationships with store owners, nurturing loyalty and re visiting established stores for re stocking.
Part of the Rep's role will be to assist the store owner in how to display and merchandise the products for best sales, along with training staff on the benefits and USP's of the products in order to optimise sales.
Store visits will be logged on an easy to use electronic system to keep everything organised.
The Reps team will provide feedback and discuss trends, competition and market feedback in weekly team meetings.
What we're looking forOur ideal candidate will have experience in field sales or area management, ideally within FMCG, convenience store retail, or nicotine products, although individuals with other sales experience are still encouraged to apply.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and respect for diversity.
Self-motivation is very important in this role, and the candidate must be trustworthy and confident to manage their own Clientele and routes.
Enthusiastic and driven, candidates will have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, be open to self-development and thrive in a team and individually.
A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
How we'd reward youThe Rep would be provided a generous base salary of £30,000 with ample, achievable opportunity to receive uncapped bonus commission on exceeded targets. Many of our Reps achieve their bonus commission. As part of a supportive team, online weekly meetings bring the team together allowing for sharing best practice, recognising achievement and encouragement. The Role will be fully supported by the Team Leader with training, coaching and shadowing as required.
