Trainee Sales Associate (Investment 20/20) – 12‑month full‑time contract.

Location:

Edinburgh, UK. Salary:
Up to £35,000.

Responsibilities
  • Support the International Sales team in managing client relationships across EMEA and APAC, building contact lists and sourcing new opportunities.
  • Assist with client servicing and enquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activity using internal systems.
  • Act as a key link between Sales and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Investment Specialists) to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of sales materials and client communications.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events, including invitations, logistics, and follow‑up.
  • Build strong working relationships internally and contribute to team meetings and sales activity.
  • Develop knowledge of AAM products and investment markets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adopt a client‑first approach in all activities.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in financial services and investment markets.
  • Desire to build technical knowledge of investment funds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
