As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You'll work independently in the field, conducting sales calls, giving product demonstrations, and managing customer accounts while collaborating with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

• Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
• Conduct sales calls and give product demonstrations to potential customers
• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Proven track record in sales (experience in solar/renewable energy, real estate, insurance, or home improvement sales is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Basic understanding of renewable energy is helpful, but full training will be provided
