Business Development Manager | Print Management

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and growing revenue across a broad portfolio of commercial accounts. This is a field-based, remote role suited to someone with a proven background in print management sales.

• Generate new business opportunities within the print management sector
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend client meetings and present tailored print management solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records within the CRM

• Previous experience within the print management industry
• Proven success in a business development or sales role
• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and negotiation ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Confident presenting to senior decision-makers

Salary:
Up to £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
