As a Customer Sales Advisor
, you’ll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sale with new customers and existing ones.
- Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales
- Re-contract existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value
- Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving
- Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Clearly explain GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way
- Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first
- Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team
The Role
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
- Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- A great communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Organised with follow-ups and CRM updates
- A team player who brings energy and positivity
