Salary
£26,450–£29,450 pro rata per annum OTE. Commission on personal sales.

RoleWe are looking for an exceptional part‑time (4 days per week) Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service. The right candidate will be outstanding at selling, working under pressure, building flat pack furniture and competent with technology.
Duties and responsibilities- Ensure customer service is always of the highest standards
- Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
- Support the Manager and team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
- Be available to work a varied schedule (including weekends), based on the needs of our retail business
- Maintain store visual standards
- Relevant transferable experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Must be well presented
- Natural sales skills
- Commission on personal sales
- Excellent staff discount (after qualifying period)
- Pension
- 28 days holiday per year (FTE, inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 33 days after 5 years service
