** What You'll Be Doing
** As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. You'll take the time to understand each customer's individual needs, building trusted relationships through genuine conversations and expert  this role, you will:
* Develop meaningful relationships with customers by listening carefully, understanding their requirements and providing a highly personalised experience.
* Build trust and confidence throughout the customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
* Use your consultative approach to present tailored vehicle options, helping customers make informed decisions that best suit their needs and lifestyle.
* Share your product knowledge and insight to confidently guide customers through a considered purchasing process.
* Encourage customers to fully experience our products through demonstrations and test drives.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Aftersales and wider dealership teams to deliver a seamless and supportive customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to connect customers with specialist colleagues where appropriate, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and customer excellence.
