We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading engineering and manufacturing business seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead its UK & Ireland commercial operation.

This is a pivotal executive appointment, offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales organisation and play a key role in the next phase of business growth.

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance across a complex, solution-led B2B environment while developing the long-term commercial strategy for the region.

• Executive leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director
• Lead and develop a national sales team
• Full responsibility for commercial strategy across the UK & Ireland
• Influence business strategy alongside the senior leadership team

We're keen to speak with commercially driven Sales Directors who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record leading high-performing B2B sales teams
• Experience delivering growth within complex solution or capital equipment sales environments
• Strong commercial, strategic and leadership capability
• Experience managing significant sales revenues and leading change
• The ability to influence at board and executive level

Experience with in engineering, industrial manufacturing, capital equipment or food processing technology would be highly advantageous.
