INTERNAL SALES MANAGER
Up to £47k (base + annual profit sharing) | Greater Edinburgh | Flexible hours (8–5 or 7:30–4:30) | Office-based

The role:
You already know the moment. The account you grew from nothing, the order nobody else would have won, the customer who asks for you by name. What's missing in your current role is anyone noticing — and anywhere for it to lead.
This is where it leads. You'll take charge of your own portfolio and show a team of 3–4 what proactive selling looks like: growing wallet share in established accounts, building a new business pipeline, and delivering the numbers the rest of the team aspires to. You'll teach, mentor and guide — and when the General Manager is away, the branch decisions are yours.

This is a rare thing in merchant sales: an internal sales manager role where you lead from the front, not from behind a reporting pack.
