This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established dealership with a loyal customer base and a strong earning potential. The role is suitable for Car Sales Executives with some sales experience, even outside the motor trade.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Engage with showroom and online customers to identify their needs and preferences
Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover
Meet and exceed individual sales and finance targets
Present products such as warranty packages, service plans, and insurance options
Conduct accurate vehicle valuations and manage part-exchange procedures
Maintain comprehensive customer records and follow-up systems to generate repeat business
Keep current with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Previous experience in sales, ideally within a main dealer or franchise environment
Target-driven with a professional and approachable manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident discussing finance options and upselling value-added products
Valid UK driving licence
Enthusiastic team player committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
