Our client, a well-established Hotel based in Edinburgh, is on the lookout for a confident and experienced Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a permanent role, perfect for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in the hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building excellent client relationships, and motivating the team to achieve ambitious targets.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Experience in the Scottish hotel and accommodation market is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
