As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of client campaigns and contribute to day-to-day sales and marketing activities. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive training to help you develop your communication, customer service and commercial skills.

• Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Represent clients professionally when interacting with customers.
• Communicate with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
• Assist with promotional and customer acquisition activities.
• Develop strong knowledge of client products, services and campaigns.
• Contribute to team meetings and campaign planning.
• Maintain accurate customer and campaign information.
• Monitor campaign activity and share feedback with the wider team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
