Location: City of Edinburgh
Gecko Labs Limited is seeking a Customer Success Executive to own a portfolio of Higher Education partners across the UK and internationally. You will manage day-to-day relationships, renewals and growth, balancing in-person and remote engagement while driving commercial outcomes.
You will work with Commercial, Product, Support and Enablement to deliver proactive account management and meaningful partner value, including on-campus visits and sector events.
