Consumer Sales Advisor Earn £50,000 OTE | £26,227.50 salary | Uncapped commission | Edinburgh based Are you an experienced salesperson who thrives on targets, enjoys the challenge of cold calling, and is motivated by earning uncapped commission? We're looking for ambitious and resilient Sales Executives to join our growing team in Edinburgh. This is a high-activity outbound sales role where you'll spend much of your day speaking to prospective customers, generating interest, and converting conversations into sales.

You'll need confidence, determination, and the resilience to pick up the phone time and time again while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on results. What You'll Be Doing Making high volumes of outbound cold calls to prospective customers Promoting GoFibre's full fibre broadband services Building rapport and overcoming objections Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solution Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity Working closely with colleagues to deliver strong team performance What We're Looking For Previous sales experience is essential Experience working to targets and KPIs Confidence making outbound sales calls Great communication and negotiation skills Resilience and determination when faced with rejection A competitive and results-driven mindset Excellent organisation and time management skills What You'll Get Earn up to £50,000 OTE Guaranteed base salary of £26,227.50 Uncapped commission 31 days holiday , including bank holidays Enhanced pension Gym and retail discounts Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching Supportive and energetic team environment Working Hours Based in our Edinburgh office, Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month:: 10am to 6pm 12pm to 8pm 9am to 5pm If you're an experienced salesperson who loves the buzz of winning new business, enjoys making outbound calls, and wants to maximise your earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
