Salary Guide: £30-£35K plus Commission (Depending on level of experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to join this professional, extremely proactive Edinburgh team — someone who wants to take genuine ownership of their clients, their pipeline and their results.

From valuation to completion
, you’ll be the single point of contact. You’ll know what’s happening, what needs to happen next, and who needs to be spoken to.

No hand-holding. No passing clients from one person to another.
Just ownership.

• Delivering thorough, honest and commercially sound valuations
• Managing the entire client journey from instruction through to completion
• Negotiating confidently — real negotiation skill matters here
• Building business through relationships, referrals and genuine market knowledge
• Managing solicitors, timelines, admin and the inevitable moving parts of a transaction
• Presenting properties to the highest standard through professional marketing and photography
• Embracing CRM, portals and property technology as tools to make you better at what you do

You’ll have at least 2 years’ valuation experience
, be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions without constant oversight.

You’ll be a strong negotiator, commercially minded, tech-confident and able to think on your feet.

But just as importantly, you’ll want to build a practice — not simply shift stock.

You’ll understand that property is a people business.
