A Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity & a focus on detail & quality. You're responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES:

Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients

Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors

Pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service

Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets

Be aware of KPI’s

SERVICE

Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients

Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product

Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter

Identify, understand & reformulate client needs

Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty

Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian

KPI:
To receive any positive feedback and it to reflect in your KPI’s

GENERAL

Participate in merchandise management

Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager

Conduct all operational & administrative tasks

Be accountable in your role & represent the brand

Adhere to Company policies

Build relationships with store management & adhere to all store policies & procedures

Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Creative; able to recreate the emotions in clients of what fragrance was designed to encapsulate

Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.

You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.

Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge on the brand through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key products that would suit the customers’ needs.

Maison Francis Kurkdjian was created in 2009 following the meeting of Francis Kurkdjian, a renowned perfumer with scores of successful creations to his name, and Marc Chaya, a former associate of Ernst & Young. With a focus on deliberate and sound international expansion, Maison Francis Kurkdjian is currently present in 40 countries. Maison Francis Kurkdjian has an ever-growing portfolio consisting of women’s fragrances such as Baccarat Rouge, 540, male’s fragrances such as Amyris homme and uni sex ones like OUD satin mood.
