Sales Negotiator Onsite Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 basic  £22,000 OTE About

The Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team on-site in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer journey for our buyers. You will be the face of the development on-site, guiding purchasers through every stage of their buying journey - from initial enquiry through to legal completion - while working closely with our sales, marketing and construction teams to maximise sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales process for new homes at the Nexus development, from first enquiry to completion Conduct viewings and effectively present the development, show homes and plots to prospective buyers Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, providing regular updates throughout their journey Achieve and exceed individual and site sales targets Accurately manage reservations, paperwork and CRM records in line with company procedures Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and independent financial advisors to progress sales through to exchange and completion Keep up to date with local market conditions, competitor developments and pricing Maintain the show home and sales office to the highest presentation standards What We're Looking For Previous experience working within the property industry is essential A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills A professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Full UK driving licence Flexibility to work weekends, as is standard within new homes sales What's On Offer Basic salary of £32,000 - £34,000 Attractive commission structure The opportunity to work with a well-established, reputable house builder Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment on-site in Stevenage Interested candidates should apply with an up-to-date CV.
