£28,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Every day you'll meet customers looking to transform their homes. Your role is to guide, inspire and advise them throughout their buying journey, helping them make confident purchasing decisions while delivering a first-class experience.

You'll take ownership of every customer interaction, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and work towards achieving both personal and store targets.

Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing roles would be advantageous.

• Uncapped commission structure
