This is a role for an experienced commercial handler who thrives in a close-knit environment and takes pride in looking after clients properly. You'll be supporting an established and growing book of commercial clients, with the backing of a small, friendly team that genuinely values the relationships it's built.

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Edinburgh

Working pattern: Office based

• Supporting the team with renewals, MTAs and day-to-day commercial client servicing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with an established client base
• Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and confirm cover
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance throughout
• Contributing to a small, collaborative team with a strong service ethos

• Solid experience in commercial account handling
• Knowledge across core commercial lines
• Well organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
• A genuine people person - this is a relationship-led business at its core
• A strong communicator with clients and colleagues alike
• CII qualifications beneficial but not essential
