In this pivotal role, you will cultivate strong relationships, generate new business and showcase our iconic hotel on the international stage.

• Experienced in the Domestic & International MICE market, with strong agency, and DMC relationships
• An exceptional communicator - confident in presentations, written communication and public speaking
• Proactive, commercially minded and skilled at identifying leads and opportunities
• A collaborative team player who builds strong partnerships across departments and Hilton Worldwide Sales
• Analytical, ethical and detail-driven, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

• Develop and grow key markets across the UK, Europe and other international territories where required to drive group, incentive and event business
• Build relationships with direct clients, DMC partners and Hilton Worldwide Sales
• Attend international trade shows and represent the hotel to key global accounts
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client meetings, site visits and familiarisation trips
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to maximise revenue and market share
• Create impactful sales programmes in partnership with Commercial and hotel teams.

• Source new leads and grow existing business through proactive and strategic sales activity
• Deliver compelling site visits, familiarisation trips and client experiences
• Produce accurate reports on appointments, leads, and business performance
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design exceptional guest experiences and sales initiatives
• Contribute to commercial strategy, identifying short-lead and long-term opportunities
