I am partnering with an established UK insurance broker to find a Head of Employee Benefits / Senior New Business Development Manager to grow their Group Risk & Health portfolio.
This isn’t another “here’s a phone and a target” role. Here’s why it stands out:- Warm leads, not cold lists.
- Own the full broking cycle. From SME to large corporate, you’ll lead the client conversation, run insurer negotiations and own the recommendation.
- Build something. Help shape how the new business function scales, rather than being one more number in a big machine.
- Fully remote
, with a competitive base and uncapped bonus. - Six-figure earnings achievable.
- 5+ years in Group Risk & Health broking (GL, GIP, CI, PMI) and a genuine appetite for winning new business.
